Raymond Dile
Sr. VP, Business Development
Ray Dile serves as AlphaStaff’s Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his role, Mr. Dile is responsible for national marketing and sales, including leading AlphaStaff’s sales team, as well as partnering closely with the company’s broker partners to develop new business channels and opportunities.
Mr. Dile has more than 17 years of executive-level experience in public and private outsourcing firms.
Dile joined AlphaStaff in 2009 after executive roles in sales, marketing, and operations with companies such as CoAdvantage, Advantec, and TeamStaff.
