<richtext>
Holiday Isle Resort and Marina
Renews Outsourcing Agreement with AlphaStaff

Boca Raton – October 12, 2004 - AlphaStaff, a market leader in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) today announced that it has renewed its multi-service contract with Holiday Isle Resort & Marina, the popular vacation spot in the Florida Keys and home of the “world-famous” Tiki Bar. The renewal enables AlphaStaff to continue upgrading risk management and safety programs for the hotel’s 275 employees.

AlphaStaff provides Holiday Isle with full-scale human resource management, including benefits administration, payroll, tax filing, loss control, HR training and technology integration. A key factor in the extension of the three-year relationship has been the success of the Workers’ Compensation cost management programs and the implementation of safe workplace best practices.

"Since the inception of our partnership with AlphaStaff, the consistent levels of support along with proactive safety audits and recommendations made by AlphaStaff have been instrumental in helping maintain a safe workplace while controlling workers’ compensation costs,” said Scott Simmons, general manager of Holiday Isle. “We’ve realized an 87 percent reduction in claims with the help of AlphaStaff’s dedicated team. Its professionals pay attention, are truly interested, and sincerely want us to succeed and prosper.”

In contrast with average costs ranging well over $210,000 dollars annually over the past three years, the first seven months of 2004 have seen only $2,256 dollars in Workers’ Compensation claims. AlphaStaff is committed to improving – even beyond these statistics – the safety record of Holiday Isle, and has praised the employees of the resort for their increased awareness and compliance with recently imposed standards.

“By making monthly visits to review safety precautions at Holiday Isle, we have set the bar high for the staff, encouraging Holiday Isle to strive for a zero-accident record over the remaining months of 2004,” said Thomas Ivey, Vice President of Product Delivery, Risk and Insurance for AlphaStaff. “It is very gratifying that Holiday Isle elected to continue our outsourcing relationship. The ability to establish long-lasting and growing relationships with companies like Holiday Isle validates our passion and commitment to the service we provide clients.”
</richtext>
