<richtext>
AlphaStaff And Temple Beth Am
Develop Human Resource Outsourcing Alliance

Boca Raton, FL, May 25, 2004 – AlphaStaff Group, Inc., a market leader in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and Temple Beth Am synagogue of Pinecrest, Florida, today announced their agreement to enter an HR Outsourcing and Co-Employment partnership. This represents yet another partnership between AlphaStaff and non-profit organizations (such as Lighthouse for the Blind and Easter Seals). This is the first time the synagogue has entrusted their benefits, payroll, tax filings, and other HR administrative tasks for their more than 150 employees to an outside organization.

“I am excited about the relationship between Temple Beth Am and AlphaStaff, and am confident that AlphaStaff will provide great benefits to our staff and protection/compliance for the temple,” said Rabbi Mark Kram, Chief Operating Officer for Temple Beth Am. “AlphaStaff has been extremely responsive to our special needs, and we look forward to forging a long relationship with them.”

“It is enormously gratifying to have been able to establish this relationship with everyone at Temple Beth Am,” added Jay Starkman, President of AlphaStaff. “Non-profit organizations have unique challenges. Other administrative companies are either incapable of configuring their services to accommodate these organizations, or have no interest in making the investment required to cater to their needs. AlphaStaff has the scalable solution with the experience and technology resources that make human resource outsourcing the answer to any such obstacles. Moreover, Temple Beth Am is a wonderful example of how providing better opportunities for the employees of non-profit organizations is better for our community as a whole.”
