Employee Benefits Sales Consultant - Agency

Sunrise, FL

The Employee Benefits Sales Consultant works closely with underwriting and implementation on the account management and renewal of all AlphaStaff client sponsored plans.  This position interacts with the assigned book of business, the carriers, AlphaStaff Underwriting Team and the Benefit Operations Team. 

Business Development Manager

Sunrise, FL

The Business Development Manager will leverage existing relationships with strategic partners who serve as referral sources and develop new relationships that will yield new clients.   This role will be responsible educating partners as to AlphaStaff’s value proposition, forging strong relationships and earning the partner's trust will lead to numerous client introductions and hot leads.

Mailroom Services Technician

Sunrise, FL

Receives and distributes incoming mail and packages, processes outgoing mail and packages via courier services such as FedEx and UPS, and maintains all the equipment used in the processing of mail and packages such as postage machine and meter, and other office equipment such as copiers and shredders.

Jr. Business Development Associate

San Diego, CA

The Junior Business Development Associate is a consultative sales role and will leverage existing relationships with strategic partners who serve as referral sources to the Company. These include insurance brokers, agencies, banking, and venture capital firms, among others. We have partners in the northern and southern California markets who have endorsed AlphaStaff and we are currently seeking someone to harvest these relationships. Educating these partners as to AlphaStaff’s value proposition, forging strong relationships and earning the partner's trust will lead to numerous client introductions and ultimately closed deals.

Payroll Tax Specialist

Sunrise, FL

The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for calculating, preparing, filing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual federal, state, and local payroll tax returns. This role also manages client calls and provides exceptional customer service.

Loss Control & Safety Consultant

Sunrise, FL

The Loss Control and Safety Consultant is responsible for providing existing and prospective clients with risk management, safety and workers’ compensation support. The Loss Control and Safety Consultant will perform regular inspections of client worksites; provide written safety recommendations with follow-up on critical matters; educate client employers on safe work procedures; and ensure client exposures are properly classified.

Implementation Specialist

Atlanta, GA

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Specialist is to coordinate the onboarding activities of new clients. The position works in partnership with Company departments to coordinate resources and effectively implement the Company’s products and services in accordance with the client’s business needs. The Implementation Specialist works both collaboratively and independently with new clients and Company departments to ensure a successful onboarding experience and timely delivery of commitments.
