The primary responsibility of the Implementation Lead Specialist (ILS) is to organize all cross-departmental Implementation activities between the Company and its new client companies. The ILS works collaboratively and independently with new clients and various Company departments to implement the Company’s products and services, and strategically supports and promotes congruence across all implementation stakeholders to deliver a seamless client on-boarding experience.
Client companies’ experience will be used as a leading indicator of the role’s success. The ILS functions as the first impression of the Company’s operational excellence for new clients, and as such, this role is vital to client satisfaction and retention.
The Customer Service Specialist is an entry-level position and is responsible for providing Tier I and Tier II support throughout all areas of the business in response to client inquiries. This role is primarily responsible for troubleshooting incoming client inquiries but, at times, will also initiate outbound communication as part of the resolution process.

The Leader New Product and Partnership Development will be responsible for establishing and leading a new initiative to increase revenue through the addition of expanded product and service offerings for our SMB client base and their employees. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of product management including product planning, competitive market analysis, development of product business plans, setting pricing and contracting parameters, and managing go-to-market activities and product rollouts. In addition, this person will have significant exposure to venture capital and private equity situations in helping to structure investments in partnerships with emerging companies in adjacent spaces.
The Leader New Product and Partnership Development will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and have extensive interaction with the CAO, CEO, CFO, and Chairman of the Board, as well as collaborating closely with our internal sales force, client service specialists and assorted subject matter experts. In addition, certain projects may provide an opportunity to learn about joint venture structuring and acquisitions with our private equity partners. This is a full-time exempt position that is located in the Company’s headquarter office in Sunrise, FL.

The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for calculating, preparing, filing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual federal, state, and local payroll tax returns. This role also manages client calls and provides exceptional customer service.
The Recruiter will play an integral role in the execution of the Company’s talent acquisition strategy to ensure the Company’s continued growth and success, as well as the continued growth and success of our Client companies. Under the supervision of the Head of Corporate HR, the Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting talent for all open corporate and client company positions, from locating potential applicants via various sources such as social media or resume banks, to interviewing and offering positions to qualified candidates to ensure the best qualified applicants are hired.
The Sr. Accountant is responsible for various functions in the Accounting department including preparing balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger analysis and financial statements as well as facilitating other key processes within the department. In addition to excellent accounting skills, this position requires critical and analytical thinking, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the willingness to learn and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will enjoy applying their technical knowledge, will take ownership of their area and consistently look for ways to improve processes and operations.
