Agency Employee Benefits Sales Producer

The Employee Benefits Sales Producer adds to the revenue growth of the Agency through the execution of a marketing and sales strategy that includes new PEO sales and new direct agency sales of client sponsored medical plans, along with master and open market supplemental plans.

Agency Account Executive - Benefits

Fort Lauderdale, FL

The Agency Account Executive works closely with underwriting and implementation on the account management and renewal of all AlphaStaff client sponsored plans.  This position interacts with the assigned book of business, the carriers, AlphaStaff Underwriting Team and the Benefit Operations Team. 

Agency Account Manager Benefits Client Sponsored-Plans

The Agency Account Manager works closely with underwriting and implementation on the account management and renewal of AlphaStaff client-sponsored plans.  This position interacts with the assigned book of business, Account Executive, the benefits carriers, AlphaStaff Underwriting Team and the Benefit Operations Team.

Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Processor is responsible for processing payroll for a variety of client companies across multiple states with multiple pay frequencies, ensuring quality thresholds are maintained for all payroll transactions and customer service levels are aligned with organizational expectations.

Sales Development Representative

Ft Lauderdale, FL

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new lead opportunities in support of our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

New Products Manager

Ft Lauderdale, FL

The New Products Manger will be responsible for establishing and leading a new division to increase revenue through the addition of expanded product and service offerings for our small and medium-size business client base and their employees.  This individual will be responsible for all aspects of product management including product planning, competitive market analysis, development of product business plans, setting pricing and contracting parameters, and managing go-to-market activities and product rollouts.

The New Products Manager will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and have extensive interaction with the chairman of the board, the chief executive officer, and chief financial officer, as well as collaborate closely with our internal sales force, client service specialists and assorted subject matter experts.  In addition, certain projects may provide an opportunity to learn about joint venture structuring and acquisitions with our private equity partners.

Interfaces with AlphaStaff clients and employees and other customers on benefit plan related questions and resolves issues in a timely, professional manner. Directly supports the general benefits operations of the company.
