Benefits HRIS Specialist

Interfaces with AlphaStaff clients, employees, and vendors to set up, audit and service for new AlphaStaff accounts during the first 30-60 days of the on-boarding process for new clients. The Benefits Implementation Analyst will provide Raving Fan Service and will be responsible for the accurate set up of benefits with the ultimate goal of achieving a seamless on-boarding experience.

Payroll Specialist

Fort Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta , GA

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll for a variety of client companies across multiple states and pay frequencies, ensuring quality thresholds are maintained for all payroll transactions and customer service levels are in line with organizational expectations.

Client Technology Analyst

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Client Technology Analyst must be organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter to serve in the Client Technology Team. The Client Technology Analyst will introduce technologies to prospects and existing clients and offer setup and support.

Client Technology Analyst understands business, operational, and technical requirements of each projects. Business Analyst requires strong quantitative skills and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex problems and tasks. The Business Development Manager will leverage existing relationships with strategic partners who serve as referral sources. These include insurance brokers, agencies, banking and venture capital firms. We have partners in the Tampa markets who have endorsed AlphaStaff and we are currently in need of someone to harvest these fruitful relationships. Educating these partners as to AlphaStaff’s value proposition, forging strong relationships and earning the partner's trust will lead to numerous client introductions and hot leads.

Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors over the phone and in person.  This position is responsible for greeting vendors, applicants and walk-in visitors as well as answering and routing phone calls to appropriate departments.  This position will also provide administrative support to other departments within the organization as needed.
