Grace_Murillo_FinalAlphaStaff, a leading HR outsourcing firm and professional employer organization (PEO), has hired Grace Murillo Esq., who will join its executive team as Associate General Council.

In her role, Grace will provide support for escalated and/or complex employee relations issues, handles vendor and PEO contracts and provides compliance services to their clients.  Prior to joining AlphaStaff, Grace worked in private practice, focusing on labor and employment counseling and litigation, commercial litigation and appellate advocacy.  She served as counsel to a broad range of clients, public and private, in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Grace’s experience also includes routinely advising human resource personnel and management regarding day-to-day employment law matters, conducting employment-related internal investigations, employee training, performing wage and hour audits and drafting employee handbooks and policies.
