AlphaStaff, a full-service business solution and HR outsourcing firm, has been hard at work perfecting their client services under the leadership of Annette Ginsbourger, Vice President of Client Experience. Ms. Ginsbourger was promoted to this position only a few short months ago and has already created great strides in ensuring effective interaction and communication with clients.

In this role Ms. Ginsbourger oversees all client-facing functions in an effort to further enhance the organization’s departmental collaboration with the goal of providing a stronger and more comprehensive client experience. With this, AlphaStaff is perfecting their efficient processes and quality assurance in order to extend savings to clients.
Having been with AlphaStaff since 2000, Ms. Ginsbourger holds a deep understanding for both the strategic direction of the organization’s client experience efforts and the fundamental growth of the organization as a whole, allowing her to be the perfect individual to lead these efforts. She has held many roles within AlphaStaff, including HR Account Executive and Associate Vice President of Business Development Operations and Risk Solutions.
Ms. Ginsbourger has had a long career in the insurance industry, on both the carrier and agency sides, allowing her to understand the needs of both clients and broker partners. In this time she has become a member of RIMS-Broward County Chapter, South Florida’s National Safety Council, the Association of Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals, and the Workers’ Compensation Florida Fraud Task Force. She has also received the Minet Scholarship, a Professional Safety Certification, and the Safety Achievement Award from General Accident Insurance.
