How to Find Employees Who Will Need to Reverify their Form I-9

To determine the remote employees with I-9s requiring further action, you must virtually inspect the acceptable supporting documents by logging into Informer. Then, access the AlphaStaff – New Hire Employee Report for all employees, and set the date parameters to 3/20/2020 to present day.

How to Update an Impacted Form I-9

Once you have determined the I-9s requiring further action, you must:

Download all impacted I-9s by navigating to Employee Details > Actions (top left corner) > Documents

 

Update the impacted I-9s with the requisite additional annotations by either:

  1. Digitally updating and saving the PDFs; or
  2. Printing the PDFs, manually adding the additional information, and scanning back to your device

 

Once the additional comments are added, you must upload the form I-9 into Employee Documents by navigating back to Employee Details > Actions (top left corner) > Documents > Load a Document
