Employee Self Service
Employee Self Service (ESS) allows employees to view and change certain information easily and quickly. Review your address and other personal information in ESS every month to ensure AlphaStaff is able to communicate with you when needed regarding taxes, benefits, etc.
From the Employee Self-Service your employees can:
- View and print historical pay statements and tax statements
- Change tax withholdings
- Change or activate direct deposit information
- Activate a payroll card
- Change their mailing address

In addition to standard reporting tools, our advanced reporting system, based on SAP Business Objects, will produce and automatically distribute management reports as compared to budget. During the implementation stage, we create a customized report library based on your organization’s existing reports and anticipated requirements. The system supports the ability to create ad hoc reports in XLS or PDF format with supporting graphical representations of the requested data. We also provide a configurable dashboard with critical or key metrics displayed based on the user’s role.
