Participants are brought up to date on implementation of the Affordable Care Act’s provisions, what’s been implemented in 2012 and what’s on the way for 2013 and 2014. Employers will learn about the pre-existing condition, claims and appeals, automatic enrollment and “play or pay” provisions of the law.
